My definition of leadership stems from my personal values for autonomy, challenge, and growth. I believe that each person has unique talents, skills, and qualities. The job of the leader is to bring the individuals to the table, to see their true potential, and to encourage them to nourish it. Being a leader involves challenging others and giving them the space to grow and meet their full potential. I believe the best way to succeed in any endeavor is through diverse collaboration, through being open to the offerings and desires of each individual.
